More Imageswhen i got to thinking about my collection ideas regardsing the 'my wardrobe' brief, i got to thinking about media issues and i looked at what exactly in the media was the current source of interest - the sex and the city movie. i knew this would be an excellent source of research and information regarding my ideas.and i got to thinking about a 2008 collection (the film will be released may 30th 2008). certain garments from the set of the movie have already been mass ordered by the public, so the interest/fan base is still massive four years on. my 12 outfit collection will be inspired by the four lead character's fashion tastes from the show (carrie, samantha, charlotte and miranda) with hints of topshop and river island in there also. the moral back bone of the collection is strong, sexy, independant women. Materials considered are silk, cotton, leather, wool, satin, chiffon, denim and nylon.
