Body form shapes that are strongly architectural such as high-waisted trousers have been manipulated and minimised by removing obtrusive detail; creating a sleeker look of comfort and an air of subdued yet structured femininity which seems to float. A jersey long sleeved t-shirt with design taken from a traditional hunting jacket, with gussets in the arm for ease whilst shooting now provides extra movement in the arm detail for daily use. The piece also has no side-seams and one centre-back seam that drapes elegantly into a yolk like that found in a traditional men’s shirt. A trench coat has been distilled to the basic form incorporating epilates and a storm flap as well hidden details creating an appearance of casual chic attire.
