The Brief

Entrants are required to create a story for a High Summer 2008 capsule collection to be produced and subsequently sold on my-wardrobe.com.
The collection must be commercial. Consider the intended market – the my-wardrobe.com customer (female aged 20- 45).

• The collection should feature 6 ‘looks’ (approximately 8-12 garments).
• Initially, create SIX A4 boards as well as ONE mood/story board (including your inspiration, colour and fabric directions)
• Upload the images through the profile pages.
• Your designs can be a combination of dresses and separates. The designs should not feature any lingerie, shoes or accessories.
• Your submission should include 200-300 words about the collection.

We have a team on hand to assist in the uploading and publishing of your concept and mood boards.

• Create a profile using the profile pages on this web site.
• Your profile will be searchable online by your name, age and university.
• The Judges will be using the website to select the THREE FINALISTS. You should make sure that your profile, images and text are as presentable as possible.

All submitted entries will be vetted via the Incubator website. Through my-wardrobe.com’s extensive marketing reach, this website will be constantly visible through UK media.

Designers will be highly visible to Fashion Industry Professionals, the media and the general public.
